The author of the proposed publication is fully responsible for all textual and illustrative materials used in his manuscript. The editorial board shall keep in its archive all the original files of the submitted article proposals for publication, including for the resolution of contentious issues concerning the copyright of the specified information resources. The editorial staff assigns to the author’s duties the creation of the correct scientific apparatus of publications, indicating the belonging to other, in relation to the offered text, authors of textual references and visual illustrative materials.
