Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and visually display how the listener perceives the stimuli that the author has included in his text to excite certain emotions and associations in the perceiving subject in a time sequence. In this study, where the "text" is considered as "classical" (written in natural language), it was also impossible to do without the musical "context" of the composition of a popular Russian rock band. A relatively simple popular culture text (a rock song) was chosen primarily because it has the phenomena, passages, and context needed to better explain the problem being described. It is in the song that has become part of popular culture, as the author believes, that they can be recorded with due simplicity and clarity.
